WHAT TO EXPECT
One and All Games is a fun and challenging team fitness event designed to allow people of all fitness backgrounds to test their fitness levels. Teams of four comprising of two males and two females will venture through a variety of unique fitness challenges designed to test fitness levels as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively as a team.
The event will be challenging yet achievable with all members of the team taking part and contributing. Whether you have taken part in fitness events and competed before or you are new to the concept of challenging and measuring your fitness levels then this event is for you as it caters for fitness users of all abilities.
